Ford recommends their Fiesta, Focus, and other models fitted with the 1.0 Ecoboost engine have a maximum recommended timing belt (wet belt) replacement of every 10 years or 150000 miles (whichever is the soonest), and many vehicles are now due or approaching this milestone.
Here at Palmers Garage, we not only take on the cambelt replacement BUT we will carry out a more comprehensive repair than many others. Will replace your vehicle’s timing belt and water pump, including the oil pump drive belt, engine oil, and filter change (see images below), fitting genuine Ford parts, for just £1195.00 including vat, a huge saving on dealer prices! No surprise our workshops are receiving an increasing number of bookings, with over 1000 successful replacements, and enquiries from customers both local and further afield which have enabled us to gain a huge amount of experience enabling us to carry out most replacements within 1 working day.
To make a booking or ask about your vehicle’s cambelt contact our service team on 01395 270008 or use the form on this page.

I understand there are 2 belts on the fiesta ecoboost do you change both belts if so can you please tell me roughly how long this job will take and is there a warranty I live in Bristol but would be happy to travel down.
Thank you for your question. Yes, we replace both belts which includes the oil pump drive belt, the warranty period is 12-months
Hi – this is just a tentative enquiry at this stage. My 2013 Focus 1.0 Ecoboost is due for a cambelt replacement (on age rather than the 65K mileage). I understand you’ve become a bit of a specialist business in doing these. It would need a general service as the same time.
I live in New Forest area, so I doubt I’d be able to get it to you much before about 10 am, given rush-hour traffic.
Can you give me an idea of cost for the work, and does it sound like more than one day would be needed? If so I’ll have to sort out some overnight accommodation
Many thanks
Hi, how long will it take you to do a wet belt on a 1.0 focus eco-boost
